1. Booking Agreement

By placing a tour booking on EvoDriveWheels (either online UPI payment or Cash on Delivery/offline), you agree to book the tour services specified. Online payments result in instant confirmations, whereas offline/cash payments remain pending until confirmed by our booking coordinators.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

It is the primary traveler's responsibility to submit authentic names, age proofs, and government-approved identity proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card) for all members of the travel party. This information is required to arrange Inner Line Permits (ILPs) and hotel check-ins.

3. Flight and Train Transits

EvoDriveWheels coordinates local transportation inside the destination states. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses related to your flights or train transits to the starting points (e.g. Guwahati or Bagdogra).

4. Force Majeure & Mountain Weather

Northeast India states have mountainous terrain and are subject to monsoon weather, landslides, and roadblocks. In the event of roadblocks, our operation desks will attempt to coordinate alternative routes or stays. Additional expenses caused by weather disruptions are to be borne by the traveler.
