You must upload a valid Driving License (DL), Aadhaar Card (or Passport for non-residents), and a live profile selfie. These must be uploaded during checkout to complete your reservation.
Yes. The security deposit is fully refundable. It will be credited back to your bank account or UPI ID within 24 to 48 hours of vehicle return, subject to inspection for damages or traffic fines.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure receive a 100% refund. 15 to 29 days before receive a 75% refund. 7 to 14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 7 days are non-refundable.
